Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about quality, sourcing, prescriptions, and how Stack Health works.
Quality & Sourcing
All peptides on our marketplace come from FDA-registered 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies. Every pharmacy partner has been thoroughly vetted to ensure the highest quality for those who purchase through our platform.
Yes. Every product on Stack comes with third-party testing and COAs available for review.
Grey market vendors are unregulated. You don't know what you're getting. Our pharmacy partners are FDA-registered, follow USP 795/797 standards, and provide full documentation on purity and potency.
Legal & Prescriptions
Yes. All peptides on Stack require a prescription from a licensed physician. Our telehealth partners make this process seamless within the app.
Yes. Stack works exclusively with licensed telehealth providers and FDA-registered compounding pharmacies. Everything is prescribed and dispensed through proper medical channels.
We only sell peptides that are legally compoundable. As regulations shift, we update our marketplace accordingly.
Pharmacy Standards & Testing
All pharmacy partners are USP 795/797 compliant, PCAB accredited where applicable, and maintain cold-chain shipping protocols to ensure stability and potency from production to delivery.
Both. 503A pharmacies compound patient-specific prescriptions. 503B outsourcing facilities can produce larger batches under stricter FDA oversight. We work with both depending on the peptide and your location.
We review licensing, inspection history, testing protocols, and quality control processes. Not every pharmacy makes the cut. If they can't prove quality, they're not on the platform.
Yes. All peptides undergo third-party testing for purity, potency, sterility, and endotoxins. COAs are available for every product.
Research peptides are sold "not for human use" with no quality guarantees. Pharmaceutical-grade peptides from 503A/503B pharmacies are produced under FDA oversight, prescribed by a licensed physician, and tested for safety.
You get what you pay for. Cheap peptides often have low purity, unknown fillers, or no testing. Grey market vendors have shown purity as low as 30%. Quality costs more because it requires real testing, proper facilities, and regulatory compliance.
