Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 27, 2026

Stack Health Labs Inc. ("StackHealth," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to being transparent about how we handle your information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have. By using the StackHealth platform at stackhealth.com (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

We collect information you actively give us when you:

  • Register an account: first name, last name, email address, password, and date of birth.
  • Complete a health intake form: biological sex, height, weight, known allergies, current medications, and existing medical conditions. You provide this information voluntarily so that pharmacies can fulfill your order appropriately.
  • Place an order: shipping address, phone number, and payment details. Payment information is processed by our third-party payment provider and is not stored on StackHealth servers.
  • Submit a prescription: prescriber details, prescription information, and any documents you upload.
  • Contact support or participate in surveys: the content of your messages and any additional information you voluntarily share.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we and our third-party partners automatically collect technical and usage data, including:

  • Device and browser data: IP address, operating system, browser type and version, and screen resolution.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, links clicked, search queries, referring URLs, and timestamps.
  • Approximate location: general geographic area inferred from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 5 below.

1.3 Information From Third Parties

We may receive information about you from:

  • Partner pharmacies: confirmation and order status information shared in connection with fulfilling your order.
  • Identity verification services: used to confirm age or eligibility for certain products.
  • Analytics partners: aggregated or pseudonymized behavioral data to help us understand how the Service is used.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide the Service: create and manage your account, process orders, and connect you with licensed pharmacies.
  • Personalize your experience: surface relevant products and content based on your profile and order history.
  • Communicate with you: send order confirmations, shipping updates, security alerts, and other messages necessary to operate the Service.
  • Marketing (with your consent): send promotional emails about StackHealth products and services. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us.
  • Fraud prevention and safety: detect and prevent fraudulent transactions and other harmful activity.
  • Legal compliance: respond to lawful requests from courts or government authorities and comply with applicable laws.
  • Service improvement: analyze aggregate, de-identified usage data to fix bugs and develop new features.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — including your health information — to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 Partner Pharmacies

To fulfill your orders, we share relevant information with the licensed pharmacy processing your order. This includes your name, shipping address, health intake data, and prescription details. Pharmacies are independent businesses subject to their own privacy practices and professional obligations.

3.2 Service Providers

We work with third-party vendors (e.g., payment processors, cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics) who process data on our behalf. These vendors are contractually restricted from using your data for their own purposes.

3.3 Business Transfers

If StackHealth is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any material change in how your information is used.

3.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information when we believe in good faith it is necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process, enforce our Terms of Service, or protect the rights, property, or safety of StackHealth, our users, or the public.

3.5 With Your Consent

We may share your information in other circumstances when you have explicitly consented.

4. Health Information

We take the privacy of health information seriously. Health data you provide through intake forms — such as height, weight, allergies, and medical conditions — is used solely to facilitate your order with a licensed pharmacy and to personalize your experience on the platform. We do not use your health information for advertising purposes or sell it to third parties.

Please note that StackHealth is a technology and marketplace platform, not a healthcare provider. The independent pharmacies you interact with through our platform operate under their own professional and regulatory obligations regarding your health information.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use the following types of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Strictly necessary: required for authentication and core Service functionality. These cannot be disabled.
  • Functional: remember your preferences to improve your experience.
  • Analytics: help us understand how the Service is used in aggregate or pseudonymized form.
  • Marketing: used, where consent is given, to deliver relevant content and advertising.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit some features of the Service.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may keep certain records for longer periods where required by applicable law (for example, financial transaction records for tax purposes or order records required by pharmacy regulations). When retention is no longer necessary, we will delete or anonymize your information. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support@stack.health, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain certain data.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to use a strong password and keep your credentials private. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at support@stack.health.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You have the following choices regarding your information:

  • Access and correction: you can review and update your account information at any time in your profile settings.
  • Marketing opt-out: click "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email or email us at support@stack.health.
  • Account deletion: you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@stack.health, subject to any legal retention requirements.
  • California residents: if you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information). To exercise these rights, email support@stack.health with the subject "California Privacy Request."

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us with their information, please contact support@stack.health.

10. Third-Party Links

The Service may link to third-party websites or services not operated by StackHealth. This Privacy Policy does not cover those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing information with them.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
