A prescription is never guaranteed. Only a licensed clinician in our telehealth network (MD Integrations) can approve or deny treatment after reviewing your intake—not Stack Health Labs. Requirements vary by state: some require a live audio or video visit; others require a recorded intro video in addition to intake. During checkout we tell you which steps apply based on your state. Both. 503A pharmacies compound patient-specific prescriptions. 503B outsourcing facilities can produce larger batches under stricter FDA oversight. We work with both depending on the peptide and your location.

We review licensing, inspection history, testing protocols, and quality control processes. Not every pharmacy makes the cut. If they can't prove quality, they're not on the platform.

Yes. All peptides undergo third-party testing for purity, potency, sterility, and endotoxins. COAs are available for every product.

Research peptides are sold "not for human use" with no quality guarantees. Pharmaceutical-grade peptides from 503A/503B pharmacies are produced under FDA oversight, prescribed by a licensed physician, and tested for safety.

You get what you pay for. Cheap peptides often have low purity, unknown fillers, or no testing. Grey market vendors have shown purity as low as 30%. Quality costs more because it requires real testing, proper facilities, and regulatory compliance.
